Communication Service module

The module of the communication service "Office Communicator" ("Messenger") of the Exarch platform is a part of the unified software of the Russian Office Communicator "Messenger Exarch", developed for both small businesses and large corporate companies.

Functional characteristics: The module is designed for both inter-corporate interaction between individuals and organizations, and secure intra-corporate interaction of all employees of each registered organization with each other in the form of messaging and files. The service can be divided into three different usage contexts: personal messenger, job messenger, and office messenger. A personal messenger is a messenger for the intercorporate interaction of people with organizations and the interaction of people with each other. An official messenger is a messenger for the internal corporate interaction of positions with each other. Office messenger is a messenger for intercorporate interaction of an office (headquarters of an organization with the status of "office") with other organizations and individuals. The functions of the communication service also include sending notifications of new messages to registered mobile devices of users of the system, which is carried out by a PUSH service that is part of the communication service. Exarch operates on the basis of the secure extended https protocol.
In the future (2024-2025), it is planned to strengthen the "Exarch" by means of cryptographic information protection (SCSI).
